Need help with IP Addresses! |

Does anyone out there know any new IP addresses I can try so that I can download more than 3kb. I've been reading a lot lately that people are able to download more than that. I'm so bored with my old themes and pics, am using a PH Globe line, will be so greatful to anyone who helps me out! |

R u prepaid, i am kasi. Did it take long 4 u 2 download large files. I just got my settings 4 mms though i still cant send any msgs why is dat kaya? Tnx again 4 da info!

yup im using prepaid...i'm not sure if pre-paid is capable of sending MMS eh. it takes me about a minute if i download large files. did the IP address work? were u able to download large files? |

I tried sending yesterday but it wont work and another csr told me dat i half 2 go 2 a globe busines ofc 2 get da settings, i wil give u an update wen i go der. Anyway just me any updates dat u might have, software (r6a)-etc;-)

@joberns: first, you have to be on postpaid. Then call up globe to have your MMS activated. Have your GPRS activated also so you wouldn't have to call up again for this. Then use the search function on esato to configure your GPRS settings. Wait for an activation text message from globe so you will know that your MMS is already gonna work.

So sorry about that, just read on the gprs non-technical dscusions thread that MMS and GPRS are already provided for both post- and pre-paid subscriptions. Read on there for other details.

thanks scythe! my gprs is already activated and i got the settings of MMS dati pa. but i don't know how MMS works eh. |

Its just a matter of being creative dude. Insert a picture or just plainly put in words, set up the timing, tweak on the colors for background and fonts, throw in a sound clip for effect and send out. Ü If you wanna know from fellows, join the xmas EB. Look for the Pinas EB thread for details. This is a good enough reason to do so. Cheers.
