No.
Being with a network and having a branded phone are different things.
I could be with Vodafone (which I am) and have a branded phone (which I do) or..
I could be with Vodafone, and not have a branded phone.
If it's branded/simlocked it would have T-Mob customization on it, stickers, software (menus etc.) and diff. buttons for example.
And please, can we leave caps lock off?

Im with Tmobile, and the phone is branded. I think i'm gonna just have to ring tmobile and get it sorted. Cheers! |

They won't be able to help you. Operators love doing this to their customers; brand the hell out of a new, state-of-the-art phone to restrict its full potential lol.
Just wait a bit and you'll be able to de-brand your K850i soon
