it currently says out of stock for both models so im guessing there just gearing up to put them on pay as you go, cuz it cant of sold out already.

it has been available on payandgo from cpw for£300 since the first day of release 12/10/07 so they maybe are really sold out.

When I popped into CPW on it's first day of availability, the store were happy to offer it to me PAYG. |

yeah it has...but whenever i've checked its been out of stock online.....when the second FW is released I'm probably gonna pop down to my local CPW and ask if its unlocked and unbranded and that if i get any probs can i return it and if they say yes to both the above i'll be buying one

cpw ones are unlocked and unbranded and have not had any real problems with changing faulty handsets. im on my 4th at the moment. |

4th from CPW i guess ima deffo wait till 2nd firmware so therefore newer batches aswell lol

problems mainly been hardware(dust in camera lens) as opposed to software. though my current phone has a software issue. |

yeh its hardware issues that piss me off most cos it cant be solved with an SEUS update or w.e......just lots of hassle....and with be being 15 it seems harder to argue with the ppl at the shop lol(oh well guess thats why i have a narky father)

although i really doubt i will be able to stand a vodaphone branded handset again :@ especially whent heres no option to debrand yet

software issue was turned the phone on once and all games;most themes and ringtones just disappeared. |

No, Voda want £300~350 PayG, PK(luckily) got one thru someone on here......
The red box is enough to put me off a Voda one, just as the black Orange box does...and then there's the simlock, of course......
I wonder, do Voda/Orange leave in the Update Service menu?? I know T-Mobile remove it(clever people that they are), but O2(sensibly) leave it in place......
