Hey guys, just posting my great news!! I have just brought my first house! its a 3 bedroom semi!!! i didn't realize how much there was to buying a house but i got there in the end. Now all i need is someone who wants to pay my mortgage, i mean rent it!!

Bit random i know but i am sooooo happy!!!!

@jagger - CONGRATS matey for a NEW . . . BOUGHT house ! I guess you mean - BOUGHT and NOT brought If so, you must have a HERCULEAN/SAMSONIAN/SUPERMAN-strangth to carry a HOUSE all by yourself matey ! [addsig]

i got my 1st house a couple of years ago, didn't realize how much work it would be. but it was worth it once i saw the rent rolling in every month

It is hard work but once somebody rents it al be laughing!!

Ive been soooo happy, its still hard to take in! 20 and i own my OWN house!!!! although am still living with my parents for years to come but i got my own property!
