This is just from the point of a web designer.
Pros: Its straight to the point, mostly no song and dance (except for the scrolling banner on the top). Informative.
Cons: I see nothing to keep me to go further than the first page. As pointed out, the images don't seem to be in the right format. Links are on the bottom of the page.
Suggestions: Try naming your images without extra symbols (i.e. P800-dbl.jpg), just alpha-numerals. The information on the front page can be layed-out so that the main info could be on the left side while links to other pages can be placed either on top or on the right side. Use tables.
