I was in the middle of a text message when my handset shut down ... i turn it back on to notice my games and apps had gone ... i cannot open the walkman with the walkman button OR in the main menu ... how can i fix this :<

I suggest either restarting, firmware reflash or the boot.  |

as ive suggested you should return it and get another one as it seems your w910 too is unstable.. |
