I recently saw an ad in Gumtree for a N95 8GB for £100 too good to be true I thought but my curiosity got the better of me so I mailed the seller this is is response:
"Hello,
First i want to tell you that now i`am in Romania to test the market here. I`am reseller in all Europe .
The phones have dutch, spanish, french, italian, and many other more languages like german, english etc. They are brand new, factory sealed, and unlocked on all GSM networks worldwide and have 2 years international warranty. The phones just need a SIM card and will work perfect. The phones come with all accesories and all papers for warranty.I started a new bussines and that's thje reason i sell the phones so cheap.i want to sell al the phones i have left and if you buy more than one i could also make you a discount
So e-mail me and let me know how many phones you want to buy.

Do you think this is genuine, if so do I go for it? I have also asked him to take some pics of his stock as proof.

N95 8GB for £100 ?  Of course this is a scammer, these ads also appear daily on Marktplaats.nl, the largest dutch online marketplace.

forget it, scam... hope u didnt thought, that u can get n95 for 100 euro from a country, where the live standard isnt on the same level, like in the uk... foneas are far more expensive in such countries

Gumtree frightens the life out of me. Trying to sort out the genuine from the carp is so difficult! There are more dodgy phones on there than you can shake a stick at!!
