KK, you (all?) surely know that one of teh most anticipated games this year is Crysis. As some of you may know, the demo was released - yesterday.
Tells us your Korean-shooting, DirectX 10-drooling impressions.
What about me, you say? Well I liked it, A LOT. Once you get the hang of how you actually play the game (shoot-em-up is a no-no) it gets fun. And the graphics, oh boy, the graphics - gorgeous.
If possible, add frame rate, graphics options and system specs.

downloaded it and had a little play cant comment much as its a bugger to run, heres my spec nothing special i guess you call it a budget system-
athlon 64 x2 4200
2gb ddr2 667 ram (dual channel)
geforce 8600gt (sotck)
sata2 hdd.
vista home prem
the game settings at medium any resolution above 1280x900 is un playable and even at that setting i ll average 25 fps which is nt far off unplayable.
so unless i ve a problem with my system a lot of people are going to struggle to play it who have aveg systems like myself |

I think you have a fairly powerful machine.
Oh, forgot to post my specs.
Here they are:
Athlon 64 X@ 600+ 3.0Ghz
2GB DDR2 800Mhz
GF 8800 GTX
On Very High detail settings and a resolution of 1024x768 + 8x antialiasing it runs fairly well, at 23 fps, which is good enough for me.
(You don't know what I had to put up with on my previous machine. ) |
