Ok well i was messin around with security for some reason..then it started asking me to type in some password. I switched the phone off and then back on..asked for my PUK code, not too sure what that is but after a few guesses i remembered it then it says "enter new code" so i type one in, then it says "verify new code" i type in the same code then it says "Code error!" Then im pretty much stuck,..and i did not make any typos, i tried about 10 times. Please help!

I can only suggest taking it back to the shop you got it from or better a nokia service centre, i've had so many problems with acidentaly putting on codes i could write a book on it!

Hope this helps.

well if its contract ring up and get it blocked and ask them to send u a new one....may cost may not....should be around £10 if so.....you can either find customer service no. on sumthing in your box...on the website...or maybe it will be in the sim services section of the sim card so try a PAYG sim card to find a no.
