Sorry its not 3, but i just had to mention these 4.
I've just put the wifes Z600 into retirement. I loved that phone but have to say it hasn't aged well - loose hinge, grainy sreen resolution and awkward UI by todays standards. Still great in its day though!
K7 & S7 - I agree totally. Finally got a 2nd hand S700 as my son's first phone and WOW! what a fantastic camera even by 2007 standards! Classic written all over it...

For me... my 3 top 'classics' are..
3- S700i
2- K750i
1- K800i - Loved this phone!
never used a T610i =(
and T68i is a close 3rd
