if they cannot fix it they'll give you a new one if under warranty still

got my phone back they said it was just a software upgrade
couldnt they have done that in store?

well, there are differences among fw upgrades ( certain levels 9 not every shop can upgrade every fone model

ne wproblem the batery is not holding charge now
