go into CPW if your under warranty with it just say it keeps crashing then they'll either sort the firmware there or send it off to Nokia for you 
however if you have a Nokia centre nearby then they will ammend it for you if you pop in

u can also check on the site i sent u yesterday, if there is an upgrade or not. just enter the product code of the fone ( its on the label where the imei etc are shown - under the battery )

Use the product code found on the back under your phone and enter it into the Checker it will tell you from there..
then you can get it done at your local shop or Service point

ive sent it off for repair think its given up the ghost now-unfortunately will lose everything on the phone but my own fault i should have backed it up
back to my old se for now! |
