Just had a chance to play with the Nokia 6275i - it's pretty cool. When I first looked at it from the front I thought of my old Alcatel 735 but then when I turned it over and saw the 2MP camera I was impressed.

The phone is really nicely designed, but doesn't have as many features as I expected. Also, the UI isn't as good as I expected. The camera quality is poorer than my old K750i (even though they both are 2MP, but with no autofocus like K750i), and there is no space for external memory, although they give the option for mp3's and there is a headphone jack.

The 6275i retails for $699 in NZ on Telecom, whereas my K800i retails also for $699 but on Vodafone. For the same price, the K800i has a lot more features, 3.2MP camera, Xenon flash, external memory, autofocus, bestpic, Photo/Video/MusicDJ, nicer java games, 3G and a better menu style and UI.
Although the Nokia has the slim, niche design that the K800i lacks. The K800i's design boasts that it is a fancy cellphone before you even turn it on, because it just looks complicated and sophisticated.

Whereas, I was fooled by the 6275i and just thought it was a regular Nokia cellphone with not many features. My intial price estimate was $200-300.

Overall, it was impressive but I still would take an SE phone of the same price any day! (The N95 is NOT the same price - it's RRP is like $1100!!!)

@ Burgaz

Well, I was sort of 50/50 - impressed but not impressed. Impressed about some things!! haha. Maybe if you take it as a sort of mini review/comparison then you'll be sweet!

@ Gola

Why is it so fantastic?! Haha

Hmmm.... So is the 6275i some sort of upgrade of the 6270? I can't find it on the nokia site? Ah well as long as you're happy with it...

@ BobaFett

Precisely. Way too expensive for what it offers.
