Is there a program that I can back up all my numbers, pictures, video's ect for my N95 before I do a firmware update?
Last time I used the one that came with Nokia, it didn't save my numbers and I lost everything

you can do a backup to mem card but that wonmt do numbers etc..
but goto phone book, options, mark all, copy to mem card/.. 
well.. that's how it was on an N70....

u can also make a backup on pc with the pc suite

or send the contacts.cdb file to another phone via bluetooth then return send later.
