K800i not starting or charging |

I bought my K800i and its now not starting up and only coming up with a white screen and also just vibrating once. When i put it in to charge it just goes white and blank. Does anyone know what i can do to resolve this or who to send it to. I dont have any receipts for it and dont know what to do???
Any help will be awesome.

Did you wait for the phone to recharge for 30 secs. or so?
By that time the phone should have accumulated enough energy to start the screen. |

yeah i have tried leaving it to charge and get a white screen and 2 vibrations and then nothing. When i take it out from charging it comes up with nothing.
It did say this morning when it went wrong "configuration error"
Then went to a blue screen sometimes and now just white? Any help?? |

if it's charging...fully charged your battery and update your firmware., if it's not charging borrow a battery w/c has been fully charged and put it in your phone then update the firmware., if it's already updated click "continue anyway"
you can always find one if you know where to look i  myself |

How do i update the firmware??
If its the update application on the disc then it gets to 3% and then stops??
Battery is fully charged though. |

iv got this problem. its only happened tonight thow, its fully charged anyway. i went to send a text and it went white. but now when i try to turn it on it goes and vibrates a lil bit. everytime i press the on button it will vibrate a small burst but stay white. any ideas how i can fix this its really urgent. thanks |

@finchy: hi and welcome. try to download SEUS and upgrade your phone to the latest firmware. it could repair the problem as it seems to be a firmware issue.

ive got the new update already on my pc to sort the camera out as it dosnt save the pics, if i run that update and plug my phone in will it sort it even thow i cant do anything on my phone??? |

you mean by this that you've downloaded SEUS? if so, then run SEUS and it will tell you what to do.

yer think so lol the one of the sony e website its doing it atm but stuck on 3% on the pc to phone teansfer  |
