Scouting around for a good deal, I stumbled upon this piece for just $180 - and it has the ericsson chatboard included! Along with shipping, it cost me $190 ..

Here is the ebay link:

Now guys tell me if this is a real T68i or a T68 upgraded or what?

I'm from India, so I'm having this piece shipped to a friends' place in LA for him to get it down for me when he makes his next trip sometime around the end of this month.

I'm aware that this phone is AT&T locked, and that is not an issue.

Just wondering if there's anything I missed in all of this excitement ..

Thanks!

Yea, looks like a t68i, but why are you bothered if it might be an upgraded t68m with a t68i shell, i don`t think you would ever notice a differance in use anyway, worst senario would be a non upgraded t68m but you could just get it upgraded anyway. bet it`s the "i" though.

awesome .. yeah i know that i can upgrade the fw and stuff but I'm not sure I have the right required equipment easily available in India ... and I doubt those guys will understand what Im saying if i tell them I want R5D007 on my T68 !

Now all of you have confirmed its a T68i .. I just pray that its a genuine deal and this guy really does deliver the thing to my friends place as promised. Or well its -$190 from the Intelligence accounts departments!

Thanks !!
