Recently the joystick would hardly work at all - so after searching for advice I took the case off, pulled the joystick off and cleaned around it with alcohol. It then worked fine! However ever since, when making or receiving calls, the other person finds it very hard to hear me, I sound very quiet and just very slightly muffled, putting the phone on speaker phone makes me sound like normal, but still slightly more muffled than normal. What could be the problem? I've tried updating the phone using SE update service, however get to the point of identifying the phone and get the error 'identification failed.' Cheers guys
