can someone tell me how i can send an email to someone with chung wa so that it appears as a text message on their phone??? or if I could just talk to someone that has chung wa, that would be helpful

am not a chung wa subscriber, but i think what you wanted to do depends on whether the service provider offers that service. usually, you email the recipient using their own email given by the service provider. | |
