Hi Everyone,
I just bought a w580i from Cingular and wanted to set a ringtone from my cd. I tried uploading this song via usb cable and bluetooth connection but no luck. Can you please let me know how to do this?
Thanks in advance! |

Did u save the ringtone in MP3 format?? How did u rip the ringtone?? Did u use a ringtone program or just copy it to your computer. Possibly the CD has a built in protection.
Has the ringtone reached the phone but still wont play? Or u just cant transfer it to the phone? |

Yes, i was able to transfer the file to my phone. I can play it using the player but can't use it as a ringtone. I've even used Sony Ericsson's DRM packager but and transferred the phone via USB and Bluetooth but still no luck. |
