i wanted to do a master reset because they told me in the shop to do so...
but my phone is messed up. the screen is now just completly white with the light on, nothing else on screen.
when i try to switch it off the phone viobrates.
anyone know the problem? |

how did u managed the master reset? white screen is usually cos of a wrong flash, at master reset i never heared it...

i cant do a master reset because the screen is just bright white.
i've tried switching on and off and it still wont work |

why dont you try to upgrade your phone with SEUS? it could solve your problem, imo.

i think it will. it's worth trying it than paying £60. in case SEUS wont, he can try to do it manually(third parties softwares).

not sure what happened.
i checked for updates once on the update service, it said there were no updates, 2 days later all this crap started happening.
sometimes it goes blue, red or green. |
