They disappeared off of the O2 site for a while but they are back in now if thats anything to go by!

Looks like I spoke too soon they have been pulled from the O2 website again!!!

Hi all
They are now back in stock and 02 are doing good deals just bought mine for £129.99 on a £35pm 12 month contract, it will of course be flashed to the recently released Generic Firmware as soon as i get it in 1-3 days time. I will also be getting a 8GB Sandisk card off E-Bay for just under £55 delivered which will mean with the 2GB card i already have 10GB of storage, to be honest can't wait as really missed the E90 form UAE without warranty i sold.

There were some issues with the screen rubbing against the keyboard and for some just leaving grease marks, also some had uneven feet. The original unit from UAE i had didn't have any of these problems it just didn't have any warranty in the UK which i found unacceptable so sold it. But Nokia once they realised halted shipping and selling the E90 until they fixed it which IMO is the right way to act unlike some manufacturers we won't mention that just kept selling devices they new were not fit for purpose and taking their users money.

i don't have any problems with my E90. And i've had mine for a couple of months. . Perfect software and solid build. . . But maybe i was lucky . . .

apparently, the difference lay on both of the edges on each corner, where the 1st batch, are touching each other when in closed mode, whereas the second we're expecting, leave slightly a gap between, may be a gap that's good enough to seperate the screen and the keyboard itself

Some did but not all but Nokia did stop selling them until they were checked and fixed if needed. There has been an acute shortage of E90's but they are now starting to appear again and mine should be with in the next day or two.

The Old E90s had speaker problems, the amp was not regulating the speaker out put hence blowing the speaker and users stuck with a crackling speaker.
The there was the keyboard touching the screen thing, it varied, some (like mine) used press hard against the screen splitting the LCD screen. Others would just leave dirt marks (like squares from the keys) on the screen.
The new ones are supposed to be sorted. Raised rubbers on the corners and the inner screen pushed back.
