i have a serious problem n need ur help.my phone is turned off by itself.when i restart it,after a few minutes,suddenly it's dead again!
please help me..

hi

have you tried charging the battery? is it blinking a red light in the IR port? what's your phone?

Se w700i.and it turned off itself more than 6 in a day.no red blinking in IR port,i have master reset,reset my setting,and wasn't change anything!

Check that the battery fits VERY tightly into the back. I had the same problem with my p990 and had to use a bit of folded paper as a shim to hold the battery in firmly. Likewise, check that the SIM card is pressed onto the contacts tightly too.

Also check the battery terminals both on the battery itself and the phone to make sure that they're not dirty or corroded. If they're ok, you may have a failing battery and so need a replacement.

ditto. my cousin's k790 is facing the same. he had to put stuck some paper to make the battery fits well.

is this getting common?

my mates k800i does this. you put the battery in, and it powers up by itself (and turns off around 20secs later). it never started doing that til this morning.

my thought is its a damaged switch or a buggered battery

K700i > K750i > K810i (current phone)
