my k800i was fine untill now but i cannot access the camera. the message from the phone is " Another application is running. Close it and then start the camera". somebody knows how to fix this problem?.
help please

Restart the phone. Take out the battery for several minutes and then insert it back. |

@aremaboy: are you sure it will work? i had that with a friend's k790. i flashed it and the problem was there yet.

Once I got the same application running message with my old K800i and that simple trick did solve the problem. Just lucky, may be? |

Have you tried removing your M2 and see how the camera works? Just give it a try.. |

Or do a master reset to the phone...
If that doesn't help firmware flash wiould solve the problem...

well, all i know is that those steps didnt/wont work with me. the phone didnt have m2 and flashed it also.
