Hi , i am a user of Airtel and using free internet in my computer from last 6 to 7 months , using wap setting in my mobile .but now Airtel is cutting money for every kb when using with computer but normal condition when using in mobile i.e Rs 5 per day .please any one can help me .why its happening .has Airtel changed wap setting or something else .please help .thanks in advance. |

Yes it happened to me to so now using only wap airtel knew about this and they firewalled their proxies by which if we use we will be charged double in mumbai charges have increased nop 2rs and mo now 15rs and mo speed is 2mb/s hope this helps |

Hi there,
Can u tell me since when charges for gprs are changed for airtel in mumbai?
Earlier it was 7Rs per day for MO in mumbai i heard, is it true?
In pune it been many months the charges for NOP are 5Rs and for MO its 12Rs pre day.
I was actully planning to get sim from mumbai as charges were good there.......
Are the plans different for gprs for prepaid and postpaid( for airtel)?
How did u come to know that MO speed is 2mbps now? Anyone using it with that much speed? please confirm. If speeds are increased for sure, then it would be worth hunting again to find a way through for using gprs for *ree. Earlier the speeds were so terible that, it wasnt worth spending time on it even if it was free.

HI Bluedust yes the charges have increased just 2 3 days before for nop its 2rs per day and for Mo its now increased to 14.99 i just contacted the cc to make sure well they told me the speed definately is much more higher than before to provide good service but not told the actual speed and 2mb/s my friend told that i didnt check it out because 15rs per day thats a lot dude  ok then c ya |
