Hi i got this w880 with broken speaker, when i try to play a song it's completly quiet and it doesn't play hte ringtone when recieving a call. When i litsen to music through the headset it becomes just quiet when recieving a call.
It must be a broken speaker or the speaker doesn't have connection to the mainboard, what do you think?
Searched for a replace speaker on ebay and google but there was nothing to be found :S Where can i get a speaker? |

Sounds like a dodgy loudspeaker, try taking the phone apart and giving the internals a good clean, and making sure the speaker's contact prongs are in the correct position to make contact with the mainboard.
If that doesn't fix things, and neither does a firmware update, try getting a replacement speaker, best play I'd say would be Ebay

Ok thanks I'll try that. I searched ebay and I did'nt find any speakers. I don't think there's someone selling them. |

Just simply to go to the SE Service Center and get a replacement.

this is why i don't prefer SE phone, no doubt they are great phones except the bad earphone which often broke its connecter.
i have a trend to other brand of cellphones. |
