Firmware for W850i? |

hope i have posted this in correct section..
I have a w850i unlocked, debranded and running R1ED001 firmware.
Is this the latest firmware because when i go on the official sony ericsson update service, it says no update available, but I believe that there are updates available. Is this so?
If there are updates, how do I update and why is the update service saying that there aren't any?

www.wotanserver.com is the easiest solution. You can pick any firmware version you want. Or try Phone XS++ for free. Google a bit. |

thanks for the answer, but could you tell me if this is the latest official se w850i firmware,
if it isn't, why can't i update using sony ericsson official updater? |

I have been told by sony ericsson and three.co.uk that the latest software for this phone is R1KG001 and that I should go through SEUS to update firmware on sony ericsson site, when i download the software to update phone, i follow the instructions to the letter, it all works fine, but says that my phone software is up to date, which clearly it is not.
any more ideas???

Hi, after scouting about, i have now used xs++ to change my cda code to a generic europe 2 code, I then tried to update using seus, but still it says that the software on my phone is up to date, when clealy it isn't, please, any ideas??? |
