'Highly Recommended' W580 Review from MobileBurn |

Don't think this has been mentioned yet...
But mobileburn.com has reviewed the grey W580, and they were extremely positive about it:
The Sony Ericsson W580 is a great example of what a feature phone can be. Not only does it handle the basics extremely well, but it has a decent camera and a top notch music player application. Bonus features like the pedometer and the Walkman application's 'shake to shuffle' functionality really are just the icing on the cake.
In short, it is a great little handset. I give it a "Highly Recommended" and consider it one of the best feature phones I have used so far in 2007.

Mobile-burn gives one of the worst reviews out there.
Btw, thats got nothing to do with what they said about W580.

W580i is indeed a very good phone from  only issues were the keypads that broke earlier on!

Just read the review on mobileburn and they do say what was posted in the first post its very positive review why must people moan all the time get a grip people it says good things about an se just go with it

apart from the flash in the camera it has almost everything else for a reasonabily priced phone.

well someone stole my w810i last week  so the w580i was the replacement and so far so good,,,i like it all tho, the fact that it lacks of a flash its a major problem for me because my old cellphone was really handy with the double flash. Cheers |

Like that phone too, but it doesn't have autofocus and flash since the placement is similar to Samsung D900 which even have 3.2 mp autofocus lens i remember that site giving "recommended only" rating to Z610 and W710.
