Are they still trading? I bought a game this morning, didn't get a text with the link, didn't get an email confirming my user name, but DID get the money taken out of my Paypal account!
Also, both email addresses for them are inactive and my mails just bounce back.
Anyone else having problems or know anything about this? |

Hi,
If you go to http://www.gamemobile.co.uk/c[....]php?page_tracker=forgotDetails you will be able to get your login details for your free automatically created customer account which will have your game in. Plus if there are any problems, then you can post a customer support request in there too.
By the way, money cannot be 'taken' from paypal, you can only 'send' money.
Hope this sorts your problems.

Thanks Richard, but I've tried all that. As I said in the original post, both the support email address and the sales address just bounce. The link you sent just says that an email will be sent but never arrives.
I've raised a dispute with Paypal as clearly these guys seem to have stopped trading by the evidence of the last few days.
Also, if you look at their forums, there have not been posts for quite some time.
PS, When I said that they 'took' money from my Payapl account, I of course meant that the money was 'sent' to their account in good faith. I'm sure you understood that! |

i got screwed on there as well, i ordered IM+ for mobile and paid for it but when i went to go download on my cell the link wasnt there sent over 5 emails now asking them to give me the link the code or my f'n money back and heard nothing from them,....to that service is horse crap and i will never buy anything there again.

Glad to see it's not just me then.
Of course, there is no phone number on their site, and as I said earlier both email addresses for them just bounce.
Has anyone actually got anything from them ever?
Although it's only a few pounds, I'm annoyed about this, and I'm going to escalate the dispute with Paypal so that others don't get stung hopefully. |
