friend of mine forgot her phone lock code, now he cannot get in the menu. gave to a guy, he tried it with jaf box, but couldnt manage it. maybe he did sg wrong... do u have any tips. she dont wanna sent it to service center, cos it takes ages, tia

it can be managed, but here in innsbruck no competent service man. i could send it too and let it done by my friend, he makes it within mins, but thought sy has an idea or tip to manage it locally

Has she visited the manual yet? There must be a way of reserting everything back to factory settings without going through the menu of the phone. A reserting code of some sort. But your last resort would be refreshing it in a computer. It only takes 15 seconds
