Ok i've got the unlock code from voda to unlock my luna but how do i go about entering the code?

I've Typed in the code into the phone exactly as it is written including all the +#pw bit all the way to the final # but nothing happens?

What am i supposed to press now? I've only got options to call or save it?

The code is 23 digits long include the pw bit and all the # and + bits... Is that right?

Anyone help me?

Cheers

Burgaz

So you've typed:

#PW+{15 digit code}+{single digit identifier number}#

.....22 characters altogether??

lol don't worry I've returned them all.
I've been on hold with voda for ages now.

I paid 20 pounds for this damn unlock code and it's annoying me that it's not working.
