Bluetooth Dongle connecting and Salling Clicker |

I am unable to get a connection between my computer and salling clicker on my P990i when using a Bluetooth dongle. The Bluetooth is clearly on and shows up on the phones regular bluetooth blue, the S.Clicker on the phone keeps saying that Clicker on the computer is not activated even when I activate it.
What am I doing wrong or not doing? Thanks

did you activate it on your phone as well as on your pc?
I had the same prob, then i reinstalled and reactivated. prob fixed dont know if its the same thing or not though. im using k800i

I am using a PC/laptop. The thing is that with i was able to activate it with WiFi but I need to be able to activate it with bluetooth. However my laptop does not have Bluetooth so I installed a Bluetooth dongle but it just won't connect.
