Does anyone know of any pictures of the HGE-100 user interface? I.e. the maps being displayed on the phone screen? A link to a good review of the device would be good also. |

Ehm, isn't it just a gps-headset? Just an addon so you can use gps with your phone? No interface, just the apps you'd normally use with gps (tomtom, etc). |

Hi, I think it does come with software. There's a link on another post that shows screen shots of it next to a N95. |

it almost certainly won't come with maps but the press release mentions the "Tracker GPS sports application"
Keep on track
Use the GPS Enabler as your personal trainer by using the ‘Tracker’ GPS sports application installed within the HGE-100. It monitors your speed, distance, route and calorie burn, recording and analysing data so you can monitor your progress. Because the HGE-100 gives you full control of your phone’s media player, you can enjoy music or the radio while working out and, if your run takes you further than you intended, you can always navigate your way back home if you need to.

I saw a pack list somewhere (maybe on SE site) which didn't list a CD so I assumed it must be fairly smart and have apps stored on board the headset control and then loads these on phone either permantly 1st time you fire it up or temp each time. Like M says, unlikely to be anything but very basic maps but the other apps should be useable & useful if you're into running/cycling ect.
