HELP pls - K800i wont trun on |

Hi- My k800i has stopped working. This occurred when I tried to turn it on this morning- I first got a white screen that stayed on -the phone did not respond so I took the bat out. Re inserted it and now it won’t turn on. I have tried taking the bat out for 20 mins and still no joy.
Is there a way to sort this out as I have lost all my contacts etc.

hi and welcome to esato.
has it been in contact with water at all? Did you store your contacts on the phone or sim card? If youve had it less than a year and you have a receipt it will be covered by warrenty but im not sure if they can recovver your contacts....

when you plug your phone into a charger does it charge???if yes full charge it then update your phone isng Sony Ericsson Update Service.,
if no...borrow a fully charged battery the update it., |

Hi- no it does not charge- the batery is full. How can I update it if the phone does not turn on?

first., download SEUS., then install it., the procedures are there...no need to worry because the phone should be turned off before updating
you can always find one if you know where to look i  myself |
