Hello,

I just moved to Sweden and am looking for a reliable cellular provider. I need one that provides unlimited internet (gprs).

Also, if anyone knows any others that are cost effective, that would be great. Currently I am on Comviq but I am getting destroyed on the gprs costs.

is it for just surfing through your phone, or do you want to use the phone as a modem and surf on your computer?

as far as I know none of the swedish providers offers unlimited surf through phone, but for example Telia has something they call Online150 (costs 600SEK/month) which includes 150MB of traffic each month and efter that it costs 4SEK/MB.

Think both Tele2 (Comviq) and 3 have equal offers

600SEK? Jesus.

I talked to the reps a telenor and they said blackberry service is 150sek a month. Which includes unl email and internet. I don't how much truth is in that though....

you can only use their Blackberry service with some and Nokia phones with Symbian (or with the Blackberry devices). Telenor has also unlimited surf, it costs 475SEK/month for unlimited surf/mail on your phone.

according to Telenor.se Maxtaxa is used when you use a specific APN, and then you can surf for only 9SEK/day, but it can not be used for downloading applications and email (using your phones built in email client)...

Hi gutter!

Welcome to sweden, hope you´ll like it here!

I would recommend comviq/tele2:s "mobile brodband" http://www.tele2.se/mobilt-bredband.html then you get flat-rate surfing for 99 sek/ month. It´s primaly for using with a pc-card but it´s no problem using it in a phone (but comviq/tele seperates 2g and 3g card so i guess you must have a 3g phone).

Hope it helps!

Cheers
