You need the .jar file.

You stick that in the 'Ohter' folder with the USB from your PC

Go into the 'other' folder on your phone, not your PC.

Select install (left softkey)

When propted during install, put games in the 'games' folder and apps. in the 'applications' folder.

Easy as.

Yes it is. You just have to create two folders(right click, new, new folder). Then you put the games in the games folder and put the applications in the application folder. This will make it easier to manage your files. You can even send these files via bluetooth to other phones.

That's quite offensive

Be sure that your file is the jar one. If you have winrar, then you'll see the jar file as a winrar file.

some basics:
1. connect phone to pc via usb.
2. locate the concerned "*.jar" file in your pc and transfer the said file to the "other" folder in your phone.
3. properly disconnect the phone from the pc.
4. go to "other" folder in your phone and locate "*.jar" file.. click left soft key (read: INSTALL) -- kudos to mr. tranced
5. choose whether to place installation in "applications" or "games" folder, usually its in "games" (obviously hahahah)
6. after installation, the phone will ask whether to start the application or game at once (yes or no)
7. congrats! you have properly installed a .jar file...

ms xxbrunettexx, i hope this helps... enjoy your SE W810i!!! have a pleasant day ahead.
