N73 De-Branding |

Hiya folks, havent been on here for a while
So, I've got the black n73 music edition, and its on 3 (UK). Anyone know if i can flash it/debrand it, so I can get rid of all the 3 icons and the 3 firmware, WITHOUT voiding the warranty? Apparently there is a way to do it without voiding the warranty, but I dont know how!
And after doing this, does that mean the phones unlocked, and will work on any network sim?
Thanks |

no, thats the right one. u just have to download the given link and change the product code ( its free ) that thread was pointed on n80, but the application support n73 too, u just have to use the n73 product code

Also, will I lose all the settings, such as mms and gprs?
And also, how do I find out what my product code is?

Well, I eventually found out that my phone ISNT the music edition, its just the normal edition in black. So i changed the product code, upgraded the firmware, easy as. But when I went to restoring the back up I did using NPCS, the phone died. Wouldnt start up after showing the welcome screen
So, did the factory reset, and it worked! I may have lost a few applications that i had from 3, but who cares? I can probably find them on the net somewhere.
But this firmware is just crap. Slow response time, poor camera. Nokia screwed up big time, they need to get the bugs fixed on the next update, which i am waiting for |
