My point is that i don't think this guy can be trusted. And if he has got the money and the people to run this site(which i highly doubt) and if laffen eventually will be forced to sell the properties, i think selling to this guy will be a big mistake. I might be wrong of course, but this is how i feel. I just hope that all the esato members will contribute so that selling will never be an option.
