apart from the obvious design difference and the WLAN what is the difference between these two? after reading the specs they are...the same. the E51 is about 10mm longer (!!!) and i am asking myself why...maybe due to WLAN module. i actually like the E51 |

@Wabre
I don't know much about either device to be honest other than i believe one is called the Classic and the other being an E series will have a different set of standby applications for the standby screen and also a lot more business oriented software as all E series devices do. So whilst they have may have very similiar specifications they will run very different software would be my guess as to what the differences will be.

6120c - 35mb memory, Battery BL-5B - 890mAh
E51 - 130mb memory, Battery BP-6MT 1070 mAh
No front camera on E51, no WLAN for 6120
And obviously, firmware differences......

..not to mention, the E51 has shortcut keys to access: email, calendar, contacts, home, menu screen, PTT and voice recorder, and it has more internal memory (130MB compared to 35MB of 6120c).
and the most improtant (IMO) difference is that the E51 will be MUCH more expensive! |

they have both symbian S60 9.1 i suppose which is great. More memory and Wlan are very good for the E51. different shortcut keys etc. are an option which is nice, although the biggest question would be if the performance of the phone will be like the 6120. Because the 6120 is the fastest Symbian phone out there. it that is the case, then..wow...and yes, the price is higher, but 100 euros more than the 6120 for more memory, wlan and some other features are not a problem in my opinion |

e51 features soundsgreat. imo it looks like a kind of e50 and e65 mixture. not sure if that keys around the joypad are very good, in e65 didnt impressed me that much
