Yes it will. K850 supports both MicroSD and M2 cards.

It may well support Micro SD but it will need to also support SDHC to work just supporting Micro SD is no guarantee it will be compatible.
Yes those prices really are good as everyone was expecting these larger cards to be much more expensive on launch.
