You cannot use it if you don't have a special Card, and the reader for this card, provided by SE.
And the Hard lock, used to connect to the mobile, has to be on the white list of SE...
Hard if you're not allowed by SE...

The cracked version floating around the Internet works, but only to flash older phones like T28... And only for "offline" use, rather useless if you canīt get new flashfiles...
For newer phones you need the smartcard! |
