CECT P168: miniUSB standard |

Got a problem. My friend have a CECT P168. It has an 6 pin miniUSB for data cable and handsfree. But what is the standard? It is nor normal mini or micro USB. Is the CECT P168 standard borrowed from Samsung, LG, Dopod ??
Made in Taiwan, so is it HTC?
Can somebody help and tell me the type of the USB on the phone. |

well heres a pic of 2 different connectors, mini and micro.
show your friend this pic and ask him....
Its more than likely to be the mini-usb, but you never know!

Neither mini nor micro USB. It is 6 pin type like some Samsung or Dopod models

thats the same as on some HTC models, it also fits a USB Mini cable, its just in a slightly different shape

thats the one. its the same, the pic doesnt show it but its a bit rounded on one side of the connector.
this socket also fits mini-usb!
theres loadsa cables and adaptor for it on ebay....
