I'm sure we all hope Colin Mcrae is still alive and wasn't in that helicopter when it crashed - BUT, we must all remember that somebody was in that helicopter when it crashed, weather it was Colin Mcrae in it at that time or someone else, there is almost no chance that nobody died during the crash

German website sport1.de reports he died. But given the fact that was posted about the same time as the headlines you provided, it may have been some kind of translation fault. |

Hmmm this is just like when Chris Benoit died wikiipedia was hectic and got changed every two minutes now the sames happening for Colin Mcrae.

Apparently this happened at 4 o'clock this afternoon, surely if he wasn't involved, news would have gotten to him and he would have come forward to say he is alive!?
I hope he is ok though!

Police have confirmed there are fatalities, nothing on whether it was McRae or not though.

As Jac says though the times have him and his son down as dead and that the police have escorted his wife home! also that there were 4 people in the helicopter!

It says on yahoo news that there will be no formal identifying tonight. We'll most likely hear tomorrow. I hope its not him.
