u can drop it 40ft onto grass and it wil not crack or scratch!

k, try running along a road, holding the t68i in your hand, your mate accidently bargin into you, phone flies out your hand and clips the road barrier, making it start spinning very fast, then dropping 20ft on some grass. it happened to me in some mountain in Cyprus. VERY scared, but all good. jsut had to clean some dirt from the joystick.

u guys are scaring me!!! that's why i keep me phone as safe as possible...me earlier phone dropped from balcony at 9th floor....the only thing that survived wuz the battery......but again that's a nokia...hahahahaha.....

A friend of my that worked at Ericsson in Lund a few years ago, tested the T28, by dropping it from the second floor down on the first floor (stone) in the Ericsson building. It was a drop of about 3-4m. He tried it a few times (of course with the flip closed)... No problems at all and even the flip was still in one piece

That is quality...

Keep in mind that the T28 had a different frame than the T68...

The guy at Ericsson told me its because the design of the phone is made so the battery is about the same weight and size. They incorporate it into the fone in a way that when it falls the shock is distrubuted evenly. ive thrown my T39 against the wall and smashed on the ground to prove to friends that their shock proof nokia sucks.
