There are lots of options, you can`t do much damage experimenting try the "sent to" option send to a file then go to that file & view it then see if you can change the format, i think once i emailed it to myself. remember when you right click you often get the option to copy, well right click on copy then left click on your start menu & only using left click get a file open then right click to get the "paste" option, paste it then see if it transfers to your phone sharing file using drag & drop. |

save it as bitmap...then open the bitmap file (by photoeditor, photoshop, photopaint, or any photo editing program)...then save it as gif. |

From what I understand, an animated GIF file will lose its frames if you save it as a Bitmap image. Try saving the image at it's source if ever you encounter the problem (usually happens when you use Windows NT Systems).
For the software to use, I recommend you use MyPictures from SE. And it doesn't hurt to use the Search function once in a while, too.

Dagger is right....bmp (bitmap) format is not suitable for animation or frames.......

I get that bmp problem sometimes too, not that much tho...
you can get around the problem if you use something like download accelerator or another program that helps download things.
just right click the pic and goto properties and copy the url, then paste in the download part of the program. or right-click and press download with accelerator if you get download accelerator.
another way is to get a link to the animation, where you can right click and save target-as, then make sure the end is .gif |
