Problem connecting K610i to HBH-65 |

Hi,
I have this HBH-65 bluetooth headset which I was using with the P900. Today I tried to connect it to my wife's K610i. The K610i can't find the headset at all.
I tried removing the HBH 65 from my P900's devices list assuming the headset will work with only one phone at a time, but it K610i still doesn't picks it up.
The HBH 65 is working as when I connected to the p900 I can still use it.
Do you guys know why this is happening or a way around this?
Is there anywhere else I need to remove the headset from the P900 other than the 'devices' list.

Have you set the headset to discovarable mode?
Checkout my photos at My Website"Duct tape is like the force. It has a light side, a dark side, and it holds the world together." |

How do I do that? I have turned it on.. there don't seem to be another button on the headset for that. Just a + and - for volume.

Hi,
I have found out what the problem is. Howard forum and Google helped me. I must say the Esato Search function sucks.
For others who might be in the same situation.
Apparently the HBH-65 can't be paired with more than one device at a time and removing the pairing from the phone wouldn't remove the pairing in the headset. So one has to rest the headset.
for both hbh-60/65, to reset it
1. with the headset off, press and hold the call button up to 10sec, untill the indicator flashes green and red, then release button.
2. press and hold call button again untill you hear 1 low beep, followed a moment later by another 2 beeps. the 65 is now off and has been reset.
@JCwhite thanks for trying to help |
