Brother has got a K800i. Nothing has been wrong with it until a few days ago just turned off and wont start back up again.
Any ideas why this has happened?

few days old??., ask for a replacement
you can always find one if you know where to look i  myself |

try updating the firmware to see if that helps 
If out of warranty try reflashing it using a programme like Wotanserver.

Not a few days old quite old....he got it when it come out.
Will try updating tonight when i am home...will keep you posted.
