Cant send an MMS |

Help all........I can send a txt message from my phone but everytime i try to send a mms it says service is unavailable please try later.
Can anyone enlightne me as to why this is saying this?
My Phone is Brand New and Generic. Just the 02 mms setting which are the trouble.
And everytime i ask for new settings it says data accounts is full please delete old ones? Now i have deleted old ones.

calling your network operator can send the new mms setting in your mobile direct

Done now, but still cant send an MMS as saying service is unavailable.
Is anyone else having trouble sending a mms from there phone and there on 02?
