I apologize if this question has already been asked, but is there a way to setup the SMS sent box to automatically delete all sent items?

I don't think there is. The best way is to keep on top of it and catch it before the T68 starts saving them to the sim card. If you catch it in time, you can use the "delete all" function.
Else, the fastest way to delete them is by pressing the clear key when the sms'es are listed, but not when their contents are displayed.

Unfortunately it is!
I have also noticed one strange thing. The "New SMS icon" on the idle screen will blink if the SIM SMS memory filles up, even if the phone memory has plenty of space!
This was the case on R1C, I haven't had the chance to try this out on the newer versions though. |
