Hi,

I brought my T65 in for upgrading from R4A007 to the latest R6A006.

Too late I noticed that they did nothing (though they reassured me that they upgraded it successfully!!)

Anybody (Cytech?) has an idea on what's going on here?

@ Cytech

My phone is not locked to any provider, but was bought with a SIM and has some WAP Profile/datacomm accounts locked.

I also forgot to deactivate SIM lock and I changed the phone code

is it possible that the update failed for any of these reasons?
