Hello all

Just wondering if you can help before I get my phone sent back to Sony.

I have just done a master reset and now when I turn the phone on it simply says Please Wait. That's it, nothing more.

I've gone through a few other posts on the bord and am now trying to restart it without the SIM or memory card in it but 20 minutes later there's still nothing on screen other than Please Wait.

Do you know how long I should wait, for or if there's anything else I can do?

Thanks in advance

Hi

I would tell you to use SEUS, but i think you dont even know SEUS. Anyways, try to upgrade you phone with SEUS before sending it back.

Hi there

Thanks for the message.

I've tried the software update from Sony's website and it says I have the most up to date software... Had my hopes up for a minute there.
Thanks for the advice anyway

Hi there

Thanks for that. I now have a working phone and am SO relieved!. It took me a while (I hate reading instructions!) but was well worth it.

Cheer for the advice, and for bearing with me.
